Brenda has participated on many national and international committees related to information and communication technology policy and digital literacy framework development. She served as Co-Chair of the National Coalition for Technology in Education and Training (NCTET) – a role in which she assisted The White House in developing policy and strategic alliances for the national information infrastructure.
